High Precision & High Speed

We exclusively researched and develop the extruder feeding system. The CreatBot F160 supports high-speed 3D printing. Its additive manufacturing accuracy can reach high resolution up to 0.04 mm. Furthermore, it allows to extrude filament steady without clogging.

Stability

Fully Enclosed High-Temperature Chamber

A completely enclosed building chamber can block all external interference and reduce noise. This hot chamber can provide a constant room temperature. This prevents objects deforming (warping) when 3D printing. A closed building chamber is the key for successful Additive Manufacturing with ABS, Nylon, or other high-tech filaments.

Outage Restored & Filament Detection

When the power supply of the CreatBot F160 high-temperature 3D printer is interrupted, it will automatically memorize the current position and save 3D print data. Resume 3D printing after the power supply works again.

The CreatBot F160 will detect, when it runs out of filament. Simply lower the build platform and withdraw filament when power off suddenly. It will continue 3D printing from where it stopped after power’s on. Thus, don’t suffer from anymore from the end of your filament.

Touch-Screen

Efficiently Platform & 150°C Hotbed

The hotbed consists of heat able aluminium surface, which can be heat up to 150°C. The heating process is very fast. The platform is attached with BuiltTak 3D printing stickers. The manufactured object can be stick on the Buildtak tightly and won’t get deformed. No warping that destroys your 3D print.

Delivery is with DPD, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for high value/large orders. Orders that are lower in value or lightweight may be shipped with Royal Mail 24/48HR. To Qualify for Free Next Business Day Delivery you must spend over £60 (Ex VAT).

Next Business day delivery explained:

If you order before 2pm (Mon-Fri) your order will be shipped out with any of the above couriers. If you order after 2pm on a Weekday (Mon-Thur) it will be despatched the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday (Excluding bank holidays). DPD Next Business Day Delivery £8.95 unless your order qualifies for free delivery. This service is applicable to all mainland UK customers. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands can expect it to take 24-72hrs minimum.

We currently don't offer Weekend delivery services with any of our couriers. In the past, when we offered these services, we found them to be extremely unreliable and it resulted in a lot of disappointed customers, therefore we took the decision to cease the offering.
