Prints sticking to your glass print bed? Struggle to get your printed parts off the glass plate without breaking them? Then you need a new glass bed. This is a consumable part, but the good news is replacement glass is relatively inexpensive.
4mm thick Borosilicate glass build plates are perfect for 3D printing because, they are rated at a much higher temperature than normal glass and won't crack from the heating cooling cycles of a 3D Printer.
We recommend replacing your glass bed whenever it becomes scratched or marked to ensure that your prints have an even surface to stick to; scratches and marks are commonly the result of using tools to remove printed parts. A top tip for minimizing the need to use tools to remove your prints is to first spray 3D lac on the bed for adhesion, then after the print is finished let the print and glass cool fully first. Once the glass is cool you should be able to pop your prints off with ease and without the need for any tools.

All returns must be authorised with an official RMA number prior to shipping. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and goods in transit insurance. No refunds on shipping are applicable. Technology Outlet cannot be held responsible for products that arrive back damaged due to products not being shipped back in original packaging. Items purchased within 30 days deemed faulty will be exchanged like for like. Any item that is faulty after 30 days is covered under the manufacturer warranty to be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any hardware bought in error and box is opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and accepted back at management discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and must be authorised with an RMA number
Any customer wishing to return unused new sealed goods for a refund after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return is received within 7 days of purchase and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
